February is the month of love and this was certainly true in the local property market with 85 people falling in love with properties in Larbert, Bonnybridge & Denny during February 2023. Spring has now arrived and the spring rush is firmly underway. Let’s take a look at what’s been happening in the property market in Larbert, Bonnybridge & Denny during February 2023.

In December, there were 56: in November, 85 sales were agreed in our area; in October, there were 95; and in September, there were 77. The local market has remained buoyant and we expect it to get even busier as we progress through the year. 

In February, there were 18 price reductions across Larbert, Bonnybridge & Denny. In January, there were 15; in December, we saw 11; in November and in October, there were 23; and in September, there were 20. 



A slow mover is a property that has been on the market for 12 weeks or more. In February, there were 42 in the area; in January, there were 45; in December, there were 40; November had 45; in October, there were 44; and in September, there were 37.
