March brought with it the welcome return of sunshine and a beautiful array of colourful blooms.The warmer weather also invigorated the local property market, bringing buyers out of their self-imposed winter hibernations in search of new homes. Let’s take a look at what’s been happening in the property market in Larbert, Bonnybridge & Denny during March 2024.

There are currently 191 properties available on the market in our area which is another month-on-month increase. In February, there were 185; in January, there were 178; and in December, there were 154 properties available for sale. In March, 94 new properties came to the market. In February, there were 88; in January, there were 70; and in December, there were 41. In March, there were 10 price reductions across Larbert, Bonnybridge & Denny. In February, there were 18; in January, there were 15; and in December, we saw 11. 



A slow mover is a property that has been on the market for 12 weeks or more. In March, there were 37 in our area. In February, there were 42; in January, there were 45; and in December, there were 40.
