We will make sure you have an appointed solicitor, to deal swiftly when you wish to submit an offer.
We will arrange your viewing.
We will chat to you after your viewing to see if you wish to make an offer.
We will negotiate with you via the client.
Once all parties are happy with your offer, we will then ask you to contact your solicitor and advise him to submit a formal offer to us by email.
Once we have received your offer we will formally discuss with our client, complete all paperwork and mark the property under offer, on the board, Right Move, Zoopla and social media.
We will hold your hand throughout the process, deal with any questions you may have, arrange any further viewings for measurements etc.
On the run up to the date of entry we will confirm a time to meet you at the property to hand you the keys to your new home.
