We originally went with Property Unlimited and to say the service was disgusting would be an understatement. We made the decision after 6 weeks and only 3 viewings to change estate agents. Alyson was recommended to us so we got in touch, Alyson was amazing right from the start, and extremely professional, we explained about the previous 6 weeks and she assured us we would have regular contact and that we would have interest quickly, and true to her word, within 1 week 9 viewings and 3 offers.
