You're never far from the hustle and bustle with excellent links to all major cities, including Stirling, Edinburgh & Glasgow. Larbert sits a stone's throw from the town of Falkirk and a short drive from the City of Stirling. Larbert offers a great community, some excellent schools, a train station where you will find speedy access to Stirling, Falkirk, Edinburgh and only 25 minutes to Glasgow. There are also park and ride facilities. Forth Valley Hospital is set in the heart of Larbert, more like a five-star hotel, even has a “Starbucks” and Marks & Spencer, ideal for that quick pick up. Within Larbert you will also find some great restaurants such as “The Tea House”, Chinese and “The Guilnar” which caters for those of you who prefer Indian cuisine.
There are some great local pubs and coffee shops, hairdressers and barbers. A little further afield to Falkirk town you will find your larger high street names such as M&S Food, Next and Next Home.
Cala Homes have built a full new village “Kinnaird Village” which is a continuation of Bett Homes development known locally as “The Inches”. This has given way to a new primary school, additional shopping and some amazing country walks. In addition to this the most important fact is that your average price has skyrocketed to around £230,000, with the higher end of the market just touching half a million. The growth is steady and this trend is expected to continue.
