Welcome to Denny
Denny is set close to Bonnybridge, but closer to Stirling. The village of Denny has just recently had part of the town centre upgraded to offer new retail shops, new library and additional parking. There is a Co-op and a Sainsburys alongside some great little independent stores offering a wide range of goods and services. There are substantial plans within Denny for new housing developments on several locations and to support this there is a recently constructed high school.
Planning has also been approved for a bypass road. Given the addition of more new homes you can expect your capital growth to grow quickly, depending on which pocket of Denny that you choose to reside in. Your average home would sell for a price like Bonnybridge, although with the newly developed Avant Homes estate that average price has risen substantially.
All in all, an area where over the next 10 years we will see a huge growth in population, house prices and amenities.
